Czech Film

"Czech film" is an expression used in some parts of Europe to qualify a situation which may (or sometimes not) be well enjoyed, but which is completely impossible to understand. Kind of like a Czech film, as the inhabitants of those parts of Europe might claim. I have yet to verify the adequacy of this comparison.
